PACKAGE GUIDANCE
Final Tour appointments are packages only and include an in-person assessment on the day of treatment.
Clients are advised to budget a minimum of $1,500, which typically covers 4ml–6ml of dermal filler — the standard starting range for comprehensive facial balancing.
Clients aged 40+ should anticipate a more comprehensive treatment plan. Facial balancing in mature faces often requires 8ml or more, and filler may not always be the most appropriate standalone option.
Final treatment plans and placement are determined at the practitioner’s discretion, based on facial structure, balance, and safety. Additional product may be required to achieve optimal results.

To secure your appointment, please send us a DM on our Instagram with the following details:

2. Our admin team will review your message and confirm availability.
3. Once availability is confirmed you'll receive a client request form with deposit link inside. Both must be completed within the time frame given to secure your slot.
4. Once both received please send us a screenshot of payment alongside Name, Number & Email. Your appointment will be officially confirmed after this step.

DEPOSIT LINK
A $250 booking retainer is required to request treatment. This retainer is collected within the Client Request Form. The retainer cannot be paid without opening and completing the Client Request Form. Both the form submission and retainer payment must be completed at the same time.
BOOKINGS AND POLICIES
Client request form:
To finalise your booking details, please complete this form . This form collects your deposit, card authorisation, booking details, ID and reference photos. This will help us understand your goals and enable the lead injector to assess your suitability and prepare your consultation.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION REQUIREMENT:
Tour clients must confirm their appointment when contacted by Klashed Aesthetics. Failure to respond within 48 hours of a confirmation request sent more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will result in the booking being classified as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will apply
ID Verification:
For compliance, photo ID must match the name on the booking and card on file. We do not accept bookings made under another persons name or payment details. You cannot book on behalf of friends, family, or partners.
CARD ON FILE:
A valid card on file is required for all bookings. This card will be used for your deposit and any applicable fees that are in accordance to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Final Balance Due:
The outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of treatment on the day of your appointment. Payment is cash only.
In the event that a debit or credit card payment is approved at our discretion, a 3% processing fee will apply to all card transactions.
Chargebacks:
Be aware that we work with an external agency that handles all chargebacks. If a chargeback is filled without valid grounds, the outstanding balance will be escalated for formal debt recovery and will be reported to credit reference agencies, which will place the debt on your credit file. You will be held fully responsible for all recovery fees, administrative costs, interests, and any legal charges incurred during the process.
Visual Surcharge:
Klashed is a visual aesthetic brand and social media content is our primary form of marketing. All clients must be comfortable with photos and videos being taken before, during and after their treatment. Opting out of photo/ video content will incur a $100 visual privacy surcharge, which must be selected during booking.
Tour Policy:
Tour appointments are limited and scheduled around fixed travel dates. One reschedule is be permitted if requested more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Any request to reschedule within 7 days of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will apply. Any exception will be strictly at our discretion and only if availability allows. Cancellations past the 7 day window of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your total.
Late Arrivals:
A 15 minute grace period is permitted. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policies.
NO SHOW POLICY:
We value our time and our clients time. Any no shows will be charged the 100% cancellation fee and will be banned from booking future appointments.
GUEST Policy:
We operate a strict no guest/ no children policy. Your appointment is a private clinical experience.
Results Disclaimer:
Individual results vary. No specific outcome or aesthetic result is guaranteed.
TOUCH UP Policy:
We do not offer free touch ups. Adjustments or additional treatments must be booked as a new appointment and priced accordingly. Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle a client to free dissolving or free touch ups unless a clinical error has been identified on our side.
Service downgrades:
Our bespoke packages cannot be downgraded to a single treatment on the day (e.g a 6ml bespoke to just lips). However, standard appointments on Thursdays may be upgraded, depending on time and stock availability.
Consultation Policy:
Where a consultation is requested or required, a $50 consultation fee will apply. If treatment proceeds, the consultation fee will also be credited toward the final treatment cost.
In cases where both a booking fee and consultation fee are paid, a total of $250 will be deducted from the final treatment price. Consultation fees are non-refundable if no treatment is carried out
