All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to confirm your booking. You can use the link below to submit your deposit.

Please note that all appointments include a consultation on the day of your treatment. We do not offer consultations through DM, so we kindly ask that you come prepared with an idea of the treatment you’d like to book. If you’re unsure, you can schedule a virtual consultation using the link below.

Consultations & Treatment Plans
We believe in providing a personalised experience for each of our clients. All appointments include a consultation on the day of your visit, during which we will assess your individual needs and create a tailored treatment plan specifically for you.
If you would prefer to discuss your options with us prior to your appointment, we offer virtual consultations.
These must be booked separately via the booking link below. Please note that virtual consultations are a great way to address any preliminary questions or concerns before your in-person visit.
POLICIES
Due to our high demand and commitment to ensuring all clients are seen, we have implemented strict policies. These policies help us provide an exceptional experience for each client, so please review them carefully before booking your appointment.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure all appointments.
• Disputing any deposits or payments will be considered fraud and may result in legal action as well as permanent blacklisting from future services.
• Please arrive on time. A late arrival of more than 15 minutes will incur a $30 late fee. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
• Failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in being permanently banned from booking future appointments with us.
• No plus ones are allowed unless you have booked a joint appointment with a friend at the same time.
• We accept cash only for payments. Please bring the appropriate change and avoid using $1 bills.
• A valid ID is required for all appointments.

• We require 72 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling more than once will require a new deposit.
• If you are rescheduling to a different state from your original booking, a new deposit will also be required.

• Please avoid consuming alcohol or smoking for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• We recommend taking Arnica pellets at least 3 days before your appointment to help your body prepare for easier healing.
