Following overwhelming demand, we have opened a limited July diary exclusively for existing Klashed clients wishing to be seen before our next major booking release.

Limited availability throughout July.
Appointments will be allocated based on treatment type, practitioner availability and diary capacity.
Once this diary is filled, no further Atlanta appointments will be released until October 2026.

NEW TO KLASHED?
Our next Atlanta booking release for both NEW and EXISTING clients will commence in October 2026.
Priority pre-bookings for October availability will open from Mid-August 2026.

To request an Atlanta appointment:

Select your preferred treatment and preferred dates.
Our team will review your request and contact you regarding availability.
If approved, you will receive booking instructions to secure your appointment.

Submitting a request form does not guarantee an appointment.
Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
BOOKING RETAINER
A $250 Booking Retainer is required to secure approved appointments.
The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be deducted from your treatment total.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking retainer has been paid.
POLICIES

Clients must confirm their appointment when contacted by Klashed Aesthetics. Failure to respond within 48 hours of a confirmation request sent more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will result in the booking being classified as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will apply.

For compliance, photo ID must match the name on the booking and card on file. We do not accept bookings made under another persons name or payment details. You cannot book on behalf of friends, family, or partners.

A valid card on file is required for all bookings. This card will be used for your deposit and any applicable fees that are in accordance to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Atlanta based appointments are CASH only.

Be aware that we work with an external agency that handles all chargebacks. If a chargeback is filled without valid grounds, the outstanding balance will be escalated for formal debt recovery and will be reported to credit reference agencies, which will place the debt on your credit file. You will be held fully responsible for all recovery fees, administrative costs, interests, and any legal charges incurred during the process.

Klashed is a visual aesthetic brand and social media content is our primary form of marketing. All clients must be comfortable with photos and videos being taken before, during and after their treatment. Opting out of photo/ video content will incur a $100 visual privacy surcharge, which must be selected during booking.

Appointments are limited and scheduled around fixed travel dates. One reschedule is be permitted if requested more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
Any request to reschedule within 7 days of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will apply.
Any exception will be strictly at our discretion and only if availability allows. Cancellations past the 7 day window of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your total.

A 15 minute grace period is permitted. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policies.

We value our time and our clients time. Any no shows will be charged the 100% cancellation fee and will be banned from booking future appointments.

We operate a strict no guest/ no children policy. Your appointment is a private clinical experience.

Individual results vary. No specific outcome or aesthetic result is guaranteed.

We do not offer free touch ups. Adjustments or additional treatments must be booked as a new appointment and priced accordingly.
Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle a client to free dissolving or free touch ups unless a clinical error has been identified on our side.

Our bespoke packages cannot be downgraded to a single treatment on the day (e.g a 6ml bespoke to just lips). However, standard appointments on Thursdays may be upgraded, depending on time and stock availability.

Where a consultation is requested or required, a $50 consultation fee will apply. If treatment proceeds, the consultation fee will also be credited toward the final treatment cost.
In cases where both a booking fee and consultation fee are paid, a total of $250 will be deducted from the final treatment price. Consultation fees are non-refundable if no treatment is carried out.
